How to unify a fragmented brand and transform a static website into a dynamic growth engine.

Rapid expansion through mergers and acquisitions had left the company with a fragmented brand story and low awareness of their full service offerings. Consequently, a lack of personalization made it difficult for prospects and clients to discover and connect with the exact solutions they needed.

The Approach

Our strategy focused on transforming the OneDigital website from a content brochure into a strategic sales tool.

We began with an experience audit and strategic review to identify key opportunities for growth. To modernize OneDigital’s digital brand and unify their services under one holistic umbrella, we restructured the entire user journey around three core personas: The Explorer, The Builder, and The Seeker. Furthermore, we merged repetitive content to enhance scannability, personalized the experience based on user interactions, and established trust through strategic testimonials and statistics.
